The 48,394 square foot project consisted of 10,000 square feet of corporate office improvements, a 10,000 square foot fully automated manufacturing floor, a 2,000 square foot clean room, multiple R & D labs, fully distributed air, gas and vacuum throughout and a hi-pile storage warehouse.

Hughes Marino helped control project costs from the start. Through our review of the plans with the design team and general contractor we were able to reduce the overall project budget by $500,000, while still maintaining manufacturing requirements and desired aesthetics.
