Description
BlueVault is a high-security storage facility and over-the-counter precious metal facility. The project includes a conference room, employee break area and private viewing room. The centerpiece of the project is a state-of-the-art, 900 square foot, 90-ton Class 1 bank vault.
Added Value
Hughes Marino worked very closely with the client, architect and general contractor on the requirements for this location, the first of its kind in California. This included numerous structural, life safety and security related issues stemming from the installation of the concrete vault.
Services Provided
Hughes Marino provided project management services ranging from final design and permitting to final contract negotiations with the general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
