Kevin has nearly 12 years of experience, including numerous tenant improvement projects in high end luxury retail, hospitality, office, residential, academic, mixed use and industrial settings, on both the east and west coasts. He is excellent with managing several projects simultaneously while giving his clients a stellar experience.

With multi-state, bi-coastal experience, Kevin’s projects range from serving clients in varied projects. He has held roles in real estate development, construction management, and operations, including Greenlane Holdings (Orange County), managing the companies properties from a leasing and facilities perspective; JBS Project Management (NYC), leading multiple development projects between $1MM-$40MM in value; G Arc Group LLC (NYC), focusing on mixed use residential and commercial out of the ground construction projects; and Shawmut Design and Construction (Boston, LA & NYC), working as a construction superintendent in the Tri-state & Retail Division of the company.

Kevin has a strong experience in ground-up, asset repositioning, office fitout, retail fitout, food & beverage, education, manufacturing, medical, multifamily and transportation projects. Clients have ranged from VC-backed startups to established multi-national firms.

When he isn’t at work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, their son, and their family dog. He loves to bike and play soccer, and spend time outdoors, especially at the pool or the beach surfing.
