HBG Design, a top 10 provider of architecture and interior design to the national hospitality and entertainment industry, is the perfect example of how a company can foster a culture of excellence and create a space perfect for their team to thrive. Their motto is Designing Experience, and their office definitely nails it!

While headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, HBG Design established their second office in San Diego, California, in 2016 which has grown exponentially as they continue to recruit new talent to the firm. Their leaders are passionate about creating an amazing work environment for their team and their office expresses just that. Take a look!

Stepping into HBG Design’s high-rise space, visitors are greeted by the warm red accent wall that proudly displays HBG Design’s modern logo. Their chic office is complete with glass conference rooms, breathtaking city and bay views, concrete floors and bright white furniture on display to perfectly compliment their vivid branding.

The office boasts an open floor plan and 12-foot high ceilings with big, open workspaces that encourage collaboration. Multiple pin-up board walls were installed for team members to showcase new ideas. The office design celebrates HBG Design’s brand aesthetic with features and zones that visually and physically connect employees to one another and to the firm’s design-driven culture.

One of the team’s favorite parts of the office is HBG’s break room, where one wall showcases a bright and inspiring graphic that features the warm red first encountered in the reception area. These focal points of color and brand messaging throughout the office provide opportunities for guests to connect with the HBG Design brand.

Bright, natural light fills every corner of the office, complemented by gorgeous downtown views which team members can’t get enough of! Throughout the space, all electronic lighting controls have motion sensors that turn lights on and off according to movement. It’s the perfect way to save energy and go green!

The space provides a collaborative, technology-driven style and a more cohesive and team-centered workspace that is perfect for team members to excel and help clients achieve their dreams. Congratulations to HBG Design for such a beautiful workspace!
