Construction of the TI\u2019s was completed simultaneously with the 23-story office tower.","added_value":"Hughes Marino played a key part in resolving several budget and schedule issues associated with the landlord\u2019s completion of the shell and core during the TI project. Its evaluation of landlord proposed change orders saved more than its fee on the project. In addition, Hughes Marino was able to identify a substantial delay to the core and shell and get the landlord to admit to the delay.
