Riley Hillis is a vice president at Hughes Marino, an award-winning tenant representation firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers, never landlords. Based out of the firm’s Seattle office, Riley represents tenants and buyers in their commercial real estate transactions and ensures his clients receive best-in-class service to help their businesses thrive.
Riley began his career in commercial real estate in Denver, Colorado, where he worked in real estate investment sales, before relocating to Seattle where he focuses solely on representing tenants in one of the nation’s most dynamic real estate markets in the nation. Licensed in both Colorado and Washington, Riley attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with a double major in business operations management and information management.
Prior to his real estate career, Riley walked onto the football team at University of Colorado Boulder as a running back and also played professional ice hockey for the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League in Kennewick, Washington. Leveraging his extensive background in athletics, Riley brings his high-performing mindset and team-oriented approach when working with business leaders on their lease and purchase transactions.
Riley has a strong passion for all outdoor activities, especially skiing, fly fishing and mountain biking, all of which he enjoys doing with his family and friends.
