Reed Watson is an associate vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Reed advises companies across multiple industries on all aspects of their commercial real estate needs, from strategic planning to complex lease and purchase negotiations.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Reed served as an analyst at Newmark, where he conducted in-depth market research and analysis across office and industrial sectors. He evaluated economic and real estate data to assess market conditions, forecast trends and identify opportunities, producing detailed reports that informed leasing, investment and development strategies. Reed worked closely with brokers and acquisition teams, supporting financial modeling and strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
Earlier in his career, Reed gained experience in business development and sales roles, further strengthening his communication skills and client-focused approach. He now brings this analytical expertise and strategic perspective to serving tenants and occupiers in the corporate real estate space. Outside of work, you can find Reed spending time outdoors skiing, surfing, fly fishing or hunting.
