Leveraging a first-principles approach, combined with a lucid communicative style, Phil excels at putting teams together, allowing people to focus on their core competencies while quickly addressing challenges before they escalate.
With a bi-coastal project list, Phil has held a variety of roles with Turner Construction (NYC), Stellar Management (NYC), SG Blocks (national modular focused design-build firm), and a Los Angeles-based stealth real estate startup. Phil has strong experience in ground-up, asset repositioning, office fitout, retail fitout, food & beverage, education, manufacturing, medical, multifamily and transportation projects. Clients have ranged from VC-backed startups to established multi-national firms.
When not building great projects for clients, Phil enjoys building great experiences for his beautiful wife Aggie and their three young children, including traveling, spending time outdoors and experimenting in the culinary arts.
