Mike Lewis is a vice president at Hughes Marino in Orange County, where he has been advising clients on site selection, lease negotiations and project management since 2010. Over this period, Mike has developed a powerful understanding of Orange County real estate dynamics, and uses this knowledge to create leverage and, ultimately, cost savings for his clients.
Having consulted for companies from a variety of industries, Mike has identified and honed his leasing and purchasing best practices for the Southern California market, allowing him to optimize for cost, quality and flexibility on behalf of his clients. His ability to negotiate, execute and build strong long-lasting relationships earned him The Irvine Company’s prestigious Young Dealmakers of the Year award in 2012 and 2013.
Before joining Hughes Marino, Mike was a tenant advisor at Travers Realty Corporation in Newport Beach, where he oversaw several lease transactions from market analysis to move-in. Prior to that, he was involved in several facets of the real estate development business which led him to find his passion for successfully representing firms in their real estate transactions.
Mike lives in Newport Beach where he enjoys exercising, being on the water, sports of all kinds, playing music and firing up the grill.
