Rider Stoglin is a vice president at HM Science, a specialized division of Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. Rider specializes in complex, time-critical and high-value real estate projects for biotech, medical device and advanced manufacturing clients–advising companies that are in their early stages such as start-up companies, all the way through to strong-credit, investment grade companies. Rider began his career with Newmark, where he spent time on both the tenant representation and institutional capital markets teams and was an integral part of the evaluation of over $1 billion dollars of commercial real estate assets across all product types on a team that sold over $100 million of life science real estate in 2020. Through his work in the capital markets, Rider developed a unique perspective on how landlords view commercial transactions, and he utilizes this knowledge to strategically negotiate transactions on behalf of tenants and business leaders to reach the best outcomes for his clients.
Having grown up in Colorado, Rider enjoys spending his free time in the mountains with friends and family.
