Kyle Feiler

Kyle Feiler is senior building engineer at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation, project management, and facilities management. Kyle brings over 15 years of experience working in high rise and campus buildings throughout Orange County, and has extensive experience with various building operating systems, fire life safety systems, thermal storage systems, pneumatic and DDC systems, boilers and air handler units, and chillers.

Kyle began his career as a maintenance engineer in Long Beach, where he managed the maintenance of a 500,000 square foot government building, and then transferred over to a high rise in Irvine three years later. While in Irvine, Kyle oversaw two buildings—a 70,965 square foot, 3-story, Class A building and a 12-story, LEED Certified Class A high rise. In 2018, Kyle transferred to a Class A high rise in Newport Beach as the lead engineer, where he worked with thermal storage, retrofitted pneumatic systems to DDC, numerous TI’s, kitchen build outs and more. Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Kyle worked for the City of Huntington Beach as a maintenance technician, where he maintained all City-owned buildings including police stations, jails, fire stations, the civic center, lifeguard headquarters and the central library.

When he’s not at work, Kyle enjoys family time with his wife and two beautiful kids, Haiden and Hunter. Together they enjoy going to the movies, their kids’ sporting events, camping, air shows, traveling and Disneyland.
