Colorado Leasing Counsel
Corey Preston is Colorado leasing counsel at Hughes Marino, providing legal support to brokers in their representation of tenants and clients throughout the state of Colorado.
Corey has practiced law in Colorado for nearly ten years, with an emphasis on representing businesses on all aspects of their operations–from risk management and litigation, to corporate governance, HR best practices and internal operations. Corey has specialized in negotiating and drafting every type of agreement and contract, including extensive experience with real estate real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leases, and all associated contracts and documents.
Corey received his B.A. in English from the University of Buffalo in 2004, and his J.D. from William and Mary School of Law in Virginia, in 2011. He moved to Colorado in 2011, and is admitted to practice in Colorado, and in the U.S. District Court for Colorado.
In his free time, Corey enjoys reading, writing and playing music with his family.
