Alejandra Baumann, Esq.
Alejandra Baumann is leasing counsel at Hughes Marino where she works closely with the general counsel to manage Hughes Marino’s legal affairs with an emphasis on supporting the company’s representation of tenants and buyers.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Alejandra was an associate at Kimball, Tirey & St. John, LLP for ten years where she advised clients on general business and transactional matters for clients including major management companies, developers and small businesses. Alejandra has extensive experience advising clients on and drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, amendments, and estoppels. Alejandra also handled both plaintiff and defense litigation, including two civil jury trials as first chair and several as second chair, which gives her the added advantage when advising on transactions and deals.
Alejandra completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in history and political science. She graduated from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2008 and is admitted to practice law in California and the Southern District Court.
In her free time, Alejandra enjoys baking, reading, hiking and playing board games with her family.
