We do not require a retainer, and we do not charge our clients hourly fees. Our fees are market driven and consistent across all building alternatives, and we only get paid when we successfully complete a transaction for our client. Construction Management fees can be structured to meet the needs of each client. A percentage of the hard cost of construction is the industry standard, but compensation can be based on a fixed fee per square foot, monthly retainer or other arrangement.
Lease Audit fees are provided on a contingency success basis if we identify a potential claim. We provide clients and prospective clients with a complimentary review of their lease and operating charges to determine whether to go forward with a more detailed investigation.
Lease Administration fees vary based on clients’ individual needs, and are structured to provide a cost effective solution for every client.
