Certona Corporation’s Brand New Headquarters

Certona, the market leading real-time omnichannel personalization solutions provider, is wrapping up the finishing touches to their new San Diego corporate headquarters. Their think tank workspace boasts a clean and open floor plan with an oversized break room. The multiple collaboration areas and huddle rooms are decorated with wall graphics and include plenty of writeable surfaces and top-of-the-line amenities. With low cubicles to allow light and visibility, brand new furnishings, and a variety of cozy workspaces including couches, bean bags, high and low tables and more—this is one ideal space to foster an innovative and collaborative environment. Working together with Burger Construction, LPA Inc., Innovative Commercial Environments and many other talented teams, Hughes Marino is proud to help bring Certona’s fantastic vision to life.

iProspect’s Downtown Relocation

Nationwide digital service firm iProspect has recently completed an exciting project finalized by a successful move from University Town Center to downtown San Diego. Designed by Ware Malcomb and built by Lockrul Construction, we are pleased to report that the new space turned out fantastically. With open ceilings, a large breakroom, roll up doors, flex spaces and custom light fixtures throughout, this space is going to be a great addition for the iProspect brand for years to come. Hughes Marino is extremely proud to have played a part in such a great project and is excited to have a new downtown neighbor.

Bespoke Partners’ Little Italy Cornerstone Property

Bespoke Partners, an executive search firm headquartered in San Diego, has recently purchased the previously idle Balboa Travel building in Little Italy. As part of the purchase, Bespoke is planning a complete overhaul of the building. The interior, designed by Studio H, is slated for a complete scrape and re-build. The exterior renovation has been designed by OBR Architecture and will bring a completely new look to the cornerstone property. Demolition of the project has begun-be sure to keep an eye out for great progress through the end of this year.

As a leading pioneer in new food technology, Soylent has taken the complex task of providing quality nutrition to people across the globe head-on. Hughes Marino is excited to partner with Soylent to build the space needed to promote their team growth and research. After an extensive search, Soylent has decided to call the vibrant Arts District of Los Angeles their new home. Located in the At Mateo development, Soylent’s new office will include space for research and development, team collaboration and a game area. Along with Hughes Marino, Ware Malcomb and Howard Building Company have been tasked to deliver the new space in the fourth quarter of 2017.
