Hughes Marino is proud to announce that, once again, Jason Hughes, our president & CEO, took home the top honor at The Irvine Company’s 2014 Broker of The Year awards earlier this month. Jason was named the number one broker overall, having represented 25 different companies in their lease transactions (a new Irvine Company record!) during the fiscal year which ran from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. This marks the 9th consecutive year that Jason has been named a top broker by the company, which is a significant honor considering that many of The Irvine Company’s properties are in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County, while Jason focuses most of his efforts in San Diego.
Jason wasn’t the only Hughes Marino broker honored by The Irvine Company. Executive Vice President David Marino was also named to the company’s list of 2014 Top Brokers marking his 10th consecutive award, and designating him as the only broker in California to have won this award every year since The Irvine Company extended its Top Brokers award to include the San Diego region in 2005.
But the good news doesn’t end there. We were also proud to see Senior Vice President Jeffrey Shepard, who joined our Orange County office earlier this year, be recognized as a Top Broker for his client representation work in 2014.
The entire team at Hughes Marino feels extremely fortunate to work alongside these industry leaders, and we sincerely congratulate Jason, David and Jeff on being recognized for their tremendous achievements.
