The project consisted of 36,000 square feet of corporate tenant improvements. Key elements included a 4,000 square foot conference center, 2,500 square foot training center and most notably an approximately 15,000 square foot call center and server room on backup generator to allow for continuous operation. The project also utilized high density file storage, an operable wall in the training center and de-mountable walls.
Hughes Marino Construction Management (CM) coordinated a local design and engineering team to work with the client’s national architecture firm. Hughes Marino CM acted as a single point of contact for both local and corporate leadership, eliminating the need for additional Towers Watson staffing on site during design and construction.
Hughes Marino CM provided complete construction management services from architectural and general contractor firm selection through design, bidding, construction and occupancy.
