San Diego Foundation

smallreddiv More info

20,000 square foot tenant improvement project designed and constructed to receive LEED Silver certification.

Added Value

Hughes Marino Construction Management (CM)  was able to assemble a team and work closely with the foundation to created one of San Diego County’s first LEED CI silver projects. Special consideration needed to be made to meet the strict LEED requirements while keeping watch over the project budget and facility usability. We were able to minimize the cost impacts of several items such as daylight views and lighting controls while still maintaining the LEED requirements.

Service Provided

Hughes Marino CM provided construction management services including management of the architect and general contractor selection process, oversight during the entire design and construction process and orchestration of the LEED design submittal and review process.
