The project consisted of 155,000 square foot of corporate tenant improvements. Features of the project included a 4,000 square foot multi-purpose room with multiple operable partitions, a fitness center, yoga/Pilates studio and full locker rooms. The project also included a data center, call center and critical office area with 24/7 operation which is supported by a generator back-up for continuous operation.
Hughes Marino was responsible for maintaining a very a tight project budget, yet making sure the critical 24/7 piece of the project was built to precise standards and had all required redundancies to insure flawless operation of the company’s online sales. Zero downtime occurred between move out of their previous facility and occupancy of the new one.
Hughes Marino provided project management services from site selection, due diligence, design and permit through selection of a general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
