The project consisted of the design and construction of two levels of corporate tenant improvements. The build-out of the warm shell included a board room, conference rooms, training center, computer labs, servery and employee dining room. One of the key elements of the project included include a Server Room, NOC and Call Center with 24/7 HVAC with back-up generator requirements. The server room was also equipped with a gas fire suppression system.
Hughes Marino Construction Management (CM) was able to identify over $150,000 worth of items that were the landlord’s responsibility per the terms of the lease. Our review of change orders eliminated numerous duplicate costs, saving the project thousands of additional dollars.
