Hughes Marino Construction Management (CM) was able to establish a budget and schedule very early in the project to help the client finalize their financing. We were then able to maintain the 9 month schedule and stay on budget by alleviating the need to spend additional capital or seek additional financing.
Hughes Marino CM provided construction management service from architectural firm selection, design and permit through selection of a general contractor, project pricing and construction activity management.
