Description

The 44,000 square foot, two-story wood-framed independent living facility, made up of thirty, one and two bedroom, units ranging from 800-1,300 square feet. The second building is a 13,000 square foot, two-story CMU and steel framed vitality center. The first floor is home to a heated indoor-exercise pool, therapy pool, fitness center, juice bar and massage room. The second floor includes a 185-seat multi-purpose space which will serve as a Synagogue, theater and performing arts venue. Other features of the project include a significant upgrade to the existing central plant (OSHPD project), integration of nurse call and paging systems throughout both buildings, two new outdoor patio spaces containing a fireplace, fire pit, fountain, shuffleboard court and BBQ.
