3E Company exterior

Description

The project consisted of consolidating two previous office spaces into the new 38,000 square foot worldwide headquarters for 3E Company. It was critical for 3E Company to have 24/7 call center operation. Hughes Marino assisted in coordinating the design and construction of an emergency back-up generator for both the call center and server room to allow for continuous operation during power disruption.

Added Value

Hughes Marino acted as an intermediary for 3E Company and the landlord, who was responsible for the tenant improvement project, and helped to validate the scope of work and associated costs presented by the landlord. Hughes Marino was able to successfully recover over $50,000 in permit fees from the landlord that we deferred from the original building construction and incorporated into the tenant improvement project fees.

Service Provided

Hughes Marino provided construction management service from design and permit through selection of a general contractor, project pricing and construction project management.
