Zane Keith is a project manager for Hughes Marino, an award-winning commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation and program, project and construction management.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Zane began his career within the construction industry as a general contractor and completed projects in a wide variety of industries, including corporate office, restaurant, retail and manufacturing. Some of his most notable projects include a large tenant improvement and utility service upgrade for Habitat for Humanity, a corporate office renovation and manufacturing floor for Challenger Sheet Metal, Beverage Factory’s corporate office and warehouse, Bespoke Partners’ original headquarters expansion and multiple renovations for Einstein Bros. Bagels.

During his career at Hughes Marino, Zane has gained diverse experience managing projects for a vast spectrum of clients. No matter the industry, Zane’s projects are not only complex, but time sensitive. In the bioscience and technology realm, Zane has completed facilities for Agena Bioscience, 55,000 SF; OncoSec, 34,000 SF; GenMark Dx, 30,000 SF and Vividion Therapeutics. Notable corporate office clients include SupplyPro, 35,000 SF; Center for Creative Leadership, 33,000 SF; iProspect, 20,000 SF; CPC Strategy, 18,000 and 9,000 SF; Mapp Digital, 16,000 SF; PayLease, 12,000 SF; and Bespoke Partners, 5,000 SF. Ground up experience includes The City of San Diego’s Fire Station No. 2 and Viejas Casino & Resort’s latest expansion project.

Most recently, Zane has been working alongside both Acorns and Anduril Industries on their corporate headquarters relocation projects as well as Seacrest Village to complete their dining facility renovations.

Outside of the office, Zane enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige, and their families and friends. As an avid golfer, Zane can be found on most weekend mornings at the first tee of his favorite local courses.
