Owen Rice is an executive vice president at Hughes Marino, an award-winning commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers, never landlords. Owen has been recognized as one of the most successful and trusted leasing real estate advisors in the Puget Sound. He has helped his clients with all aspects of corporate real estate activities including strategic planning and needs assessment, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations, facility purchases and build-to-suits.
From Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, Owen has assisted clients of all sizes. With over 13 years of experience, Owen has orchestrated over 750 real estate transactions for both office and industrial tenants. He supports each transaction with market leading research and both quantitative and qualitative analysis. He’s best known for developing complicated, strategic real estate tactics to achieve his client’s business objectives while maximizing their profitability. Owen has also been responsible for managing both domestic and international real estate portfolios in excess of $600 million dollars in transaction volume for major companies headquartered in the Pacific Northwest.
