Greg Libby is a senior vice president of Hughes Marino’s Portfolio Lease Administration and Advisory team. Greg and the team help clients manage their lease obligations on a regional, national and global portfolio level. Our team of experts allow Hughes Marino clients to save resources, reduce risk and avoid costly oversights in the management of their lease portfolio.

Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Greg spent most of his career working within landlord organizations, so he unquestionably understands commercial real estate leases from the landlord’s perspective. Greg also has experience working with landlords and managing lease obligations from the tenant’s perspective from his corporate real estate role at a company that leased and occupied commercial real estate in multiple states. His experience includes holding key senior management positions in a large publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust that is a member of the S&P 500 and privately held companies.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Greg brings much to offer Hughes Marino clients. Greg has actively managed large commercial real estate portfolios, implementing solutions within corporate real estate, facilities management, property management, leasing, finance, construction and real estate development teams. Greg’s experience serves to enhance our company’s reputation for delivering results, providing valuable advice and putting millions of dollars back into Hughes Marino clients’ pockets each year.

Greg works with Hughes Marino clients with leased locations around the globe.
