Farah Hansen, Esq.
Farah Hansen is counsel at Hughes Marino where she works closely with the general counsel to manage Hughes Marino’s legal affairs, while supporting the company’s representation of tenants and buyers.
Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Farah was a senior associate at Greco Traficante Schulz & Brick for seven years where she handled litigation and transactional matters for a variety of clients, including a large national retailer, insurance companies, real estate investors and developers, HOA’s, construction companies and numerous small businesses. Farah is experienced in litigating complex multiparty construction cases and navigating construction agreements, insurance requirements, tenant improvement allocations, negligence, breach of contract and warranty issues and insurance coverage disputes. She has defended numerous premises liability cases and second chaired civil trials in both state and federal court. Farah also worked as a career advisor to law students at her alma mater, California Western School of Law.
Farah completed her undergraduate studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in social sciences and pre-law. She graduated from California Western School of law in 2009 and is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the Southern, Central, and Northern Federal District Courts.
In her free time, Farah enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, running and spending time with her husband, Erik and her baby daughter, Layla.
