Brett Lessman is a vice president at Hughes Marino and has nearly a decade of experience working exclusively on behalf of tenants and buyers throughout Orange County and Los Angeles.
Brett works closely with his team of transactional real estate attorneys, construction managers, lease audit professionals and tax credit department to create the most cost-effective solution for his clients in every scenario. Through his detailed process of site selection, construction budgeting and cost implication scenarios, he is able to compose a detailed strategy to maximize leverage for his clients. To date, Brett has successfully represented hundreds of Southern California based companies and has over 5M square feet worth of transactional experience.
A native of Orange Country and a graduate of UC Irvine (where he was a member of the Division I men’s volleyball team), he brings an encyclopedic knowledge of the market to bear on behalf of business owners and corporate real estate decision makers.
Along with having a deep regional perspective on the Southern California commercial real estate market, Brett is an unabashed people person. He believes in building lasting relationships that extend beyond individual transactions. His commitment to delivering the highest level of service is evidenced by the many loyal clients whom he has had the opportunity to repeatedly represent over the course of his career.
Brett currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Brooke. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, spear fishing and traveling.
